Terms of Service and Shipping

By checking out with a successful purchase you agree to our Terms of Service. All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen economic circumstances.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped business days Monday through Friday from our Philadelphia office. All orders are shipped within 3 business days (unless specified otherwise). Orders placed on National Holidays will be shipped the following business day.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipts.  Please make sure the address you are entering is accurate and in a safe location. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Returns/Cancellations

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your purchase within 10 days after delivery date unless the item was marked final sale.  All items must be unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached.

You are able to return for a different size, style or store credit as we do not issue refunds at this time. Orders can only be cancelled before it’s dispatched.

If you would like exchange your purchase for another item of a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchange item will be your responsibility.

Refunds on delivery will only be issued when goods are defective. Please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to be processed on damaged merchandise. 

Steps for return:

  1. Email info@annluchade.com (subject line: Return) with the reason for your return and your order number in the body of the email.
  2. Use Ann Luchadé return labels. Ann Luachdé will not be held responsible for private labels, any associated fees as well as packages lost in transit or delivered incorrectly. You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange. Once we receive your exchange request an invoice
  3. When the package is received by our office and checked for quality, a refund will be issued. This typically takes 3-5 business days.

Custom Orders 

Afterpay is NOT offered on custom designs.  We offer alterations on custom orders to customers that notify us within 10 business days from shipment arrival. We only extend alterations on Ann Luchadé merchandise. We do not offer returns, exchanges on custom orders. Custom orders are final sale. 

 

Make sure to place your order with time allowance. 

         

  • US & International Standard: 4 to 6 weeks
  • US & International Rush: 2 to 4 weeks
  • Custom: 4 to 6 weeks

Wedding Gowns Consultations

There is a $50.00 non-refundable consultation fee due upon meeting the design team.  This includes an intimate experience of 120 minutes, addressing your needs and wants.  The timeline will be discussed in depth during your consultation.
