Terms of Service, Returns, and Shipping
By completing a successful checkout, you acknowledge and accept our Terms of Service. Please note that all prices may change without notice due to unforeseen economic factors.
Domestic Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped on business days, from Monday to Friday, from our Philadelphia location. All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days, unless stated otherwise. Orders placed on National Holidays will be sent out on the next business day.
International Shipping
International customers are accountable for any duties and taxes upon receipt. Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate and secure. We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Returns/Cancellations
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the delivery date, unless the item is marked as final sale. All items must be unwashed and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
You can exchange for a different size, style, or store credit, as we currently do not offer refunds. Cancellations can only be made before the item is dispatched.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item of greater value, you will be responsible for the price difference.
Steps for Return:
Please email info@annluchade.com with the subject line "Return" and include the reason for your return along with your order number in the email body. You will receive return labels. Ann Luachdé is not liable for packages lost in transit or delivered incorrectly. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with your exchange. After we receive your exchange request, an invoice will be provided. Once your package arrives at our office and is inspected for quality, a refund will be issued, typically within 3-5 business days.
